LEMON, ORANGE AND STRAWBERRY – MODE OF PREPARATION
8’5 litres of water + 1’5 kilos of sugar + product bag, then mix manually or with blender.
YOGURT – MODE OF PREPARATION
6 litres of semi-skimmed milk + 2 litres of water + 1’4 kilos of sugar + product bag, then mix manually or with blender.
USE IT WITHOUT FROZEN BEVERAGE MACHINE
Once it has been prepared, pour in a bucket and leave in fridge for 8 hours. Then tenderize with a knife or spatula and use the blender to get the iced point. Sugar is antifreeze, so the product doesn’t freeze at all. Keep the drink in a fridge among 1-3ºC and will be ready to consume. This way the seller can have iced drinks without extra equipment costs.
USE IT WITHOUT FROZEN BEVERAGE MACHINE
Once developed, pour the product into the frozen beverage machine and in 20 minutes ready to serve.
PROFITABILITY
An average of 2 euros for each 250 cc glass makes more profitable to sell iced drinks than common soft drinks.
